Melissa Anna Schmidt Actress
Melissa Anna Schmidt ist seit 16 Jahren als Schauspielerin für Film und Fernsehen sowie für die Bühne tätig. Am Deutschen Theater, dem Hebbel am Ufer, den Sophiensaelen, am Akademietheater und vielen weiteren Häusern hat sie bereits gastiert sowie in diversen TV- und Kinoproduktionen vor der Kamera gestanden, zuletzt war sie als des Mordes verdächtigte Millionenerbin im Zürich-Krimi zu sehen, aktuell kann man Sie im neuen Schwarzwaldkrimi ("Vogelfrei- Teil 1&2") in einer kleinen Rolle sehen.
Neben der Schauspielerei schreibt und singt sie „Dramedy am Klavier“: Klavierkabarett meets deutschen Chanson, dramatische Melodien treffen auf humorige, satirische Texte. Seit 2025 tritt Melissa außerdem als Stand up Comedienne auf.
Melissa Anna Schmidt has worked as an actress for film, television, and theater for 16 years. She has performed at the Deutsches Theater, Hebbel am Ufer, the Sophiensaele, the Akademietheater, and many other venues, and she has appeared in various TV and cinema productions. Most recently, she was seen in the Zurich Crime series as an heiress suspected of murder. Currently, you can see her in a small role in the new Black Forest crime thriller ("Vogelfrei - Ein Schwarzwaldkrimi, Part 1 & 2").
In addition to acting, she writes and performs "dramedy at the piano": a blend of piano cabaret and German chanson, featuring dramatic melodies and humorous, satirical lyrics. Since 2025, Melissa has also been performing as a stand-up comedian.
