Miriam Haltmeier successfully completed her acting studies at the Folkwang University of the Arts in 2016. Since then, she has appeared in various short films and graduation projects at state film schools. After a production at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and guest performances in Palestine, she worked as a permanent member of the acting ensemble at the Landestheater Schwaben from 2016 to 2019.

Miriam is also active as a musician. She composes emotionally and musically suspenseful songs, which she performs live using a loop station. For example, she accompanied an art exhibition at the MEWO Kunsthalle in Memmingen in 2018.

Miriam also writes and directs her own work, combining movement, music, and acting inspired by dance theatre. From 2021 to 2022, she was a permanent ensemble member at the Staatstheater Meiningen, where she was cast in leading roles.

Since 2023, Miriam has been working freelance again and, alongside theatre productions, is focusing on her career as a film and television actress.
