Born in Tuscany (Italy), Roberto Caccavo is a versatile, eclectic theater and movie actor. After taking drama courses with Ruggero Cappuccio and Claudio Di Palma, he has acted in theater plays with — among others — Angelo Savelli, Riccardo Massai, Italo Dall’Orto, Saverio Tommasi, Gianfranco Pedullà , Carolina Torta, and Maurizio Lombardi.
He made his debut on the silver screen in 2014 with “Mi chiamava Valerio” (“He Used to Call Me Valerio”), playing the role of the famous Italian cyclist Fausto Coppi. Two years later the Manca brothers invited him to play in their comedy movie “Bianco di Babbudoiu” (“Babbudoiu White Wine”). Roan Johnson then chose him for the role of a nightclub owner in the TV series “I delitti del Barlume” (“The Barlume Crimes”). In 2020 he played the role of a journalist in the Netflix movie “L’incredibile storia dell’Isola delle Rose”(“The Incredible Story of Rose Island”) directed by Sydney Sibilia. Recently, he played the main role in the psychological thriller movie “Anja Real Love Girl” by Paolo Martini and Pablo Benedetti. He is currently working on a project for a TV series and new theater productions.

Roberto Caccavo è un attore toscano eclettico e versatile di teatro e cinema. Formatosi con Ruggero Cappuccio e Claudio di Palma ha lavorato in teatro — tra gli altri — con Angelo Savelli, Riccardo Massai, Italo Dall'Orto, Saverio Tommasi, Gianfranco Pedullà, Carlina Torta e Maurizio Lombardi.
L'approdo sul grande schermo arriva nel 2014 con il film Mi chiamava Valerio dove veste i panni del grande ciclista Fausto Coppi. Due anni dopo viene chiamato a far parte del cast della commedia Bianco di Babbudoiu dei fratelli Manca. Per la tv Roan Johnson lo sceglie per interpretare il proprietario di un nightclub nella serie I Delitti del Barlume. Nel 2020 è un giornalista nel film Netflix L'incredibile storia dell'Isola delle Rose di Sydney Sibilia. È protagonista del thriller psicologico Anja real love girl di Paolo Martini e Pablo Benedetti. Attualmente sta lavorando ad un progetto per una serie televisiva e a nuove produzioni teatrali.
