Verena filmed a role along Albrecht Schuch directed by David Nawrath the German/Austrian production Die Jagd. She played Professor Krumbach, a strict, non negotiable teacher in the film Ammoniak by Anita Makris. She filmed a guest star role on Austrian TV crime series Soko Donau (Vienna Crime Squad) which will air in Spring 2026.
She is known to have been working equally as much on stage as on screen in both German and English.
Her recent projects include a short film about asthma awareness, she appeared in an episode of TATORT and was invited to Speedcasting in Berlin out of 1400 actors in March 2024.
Having started out as a theater actress performing in Santa Barbara, Vienna and castles in Austria and Germany, Verena ran her own theater company for female-driven-English-theater producing several plays and playing lead roles, she continues her work as an international actress on screen and can play an American.
Verena is usually cast as confident, caring and outspoken characters.
She's an excellent horse-rider, can drive a horse carriage and knows how to handle a gun.
